COMING SPRING 2020

Your True Self

The part of ourselves that is the most neglected and the least understood is our emotional self. We spend much time attempting to take care of our physical and spiritual selves, attending fitness classes, exercising and trying to eat right, attending services of our chosen faith, but we spend little or no time on our emotional selves. This is tragic. Our emotional selves are not that difficult to understand.

We can organize and use our emotions wisely; not repressing or suppressing them but making them a true and useful reflection of who we are, rather than unpredictable forces and energies that we can't predict or have any control over. These energies provided by our emotions can be part of the flow of our lives rather than lead to a life that has no purpose and is riding wildly out of control.
